For the second time this month, Jamaica Customs personnel have made a major drug bust. A statement from the agency says marijuana valued at J$339 million was seized on Monday at Kingston Container Terminal. Eight bags containing 558 pounds of the weed were found in a container on a vessel. The seizure took place during an operation by the Contraband Enforcement Team of Jamaica Customs and the Trans-National Crime and Narcotics Division (TCND). The bags were removed to the TCND for further processing and investigation. No arrest was made.
