Calabar High School is opposing a decision by ISSA to give clearance to Arymanya Rodgers of Uganda to compete on behalf of Kingston College later this month. The KC student is expected to compete in the 5,000m Open and 1,500m Class Two events when the 2017 ISSA/ GraceKennedy Boys’ and Girls’ Athletics Championships, begins on Tuesday, March 28.Meanwhile Calabar High School was not present at the launch that was set for 10 a.m. this morning at the Spanish Court Hotel in New Kingston. They also returned the Trophy to the ISSA office in St Andrew about 9 this morning. Calabar says the return of the trophy is not a protest.
