A former cook who has been charged with larceny of meat, rice and other groceries, had his matter put off when he appeared in court today. Charged is Donovan Dale of Waterford in Portmore, St. Catherine. When Dale appeared in court he told the court that his lawyer Michael Jordan was not available. He is set to return to court of December 18. Allegations are that on August 4 he was caught by security personnel with the items and after an investigation he was charged with simple larceny.
