Two policemen who allegedly collected $300,000 to free a man charged with murder have been arrested and charged with corruption offences. As a result of the arrests, investigators are now reviewing all the cases handled by the cops to "see if there are any gaps." One of the policemen has been identified as Corporal Roger Taylor, who is assigned to the Hunts Bay Police Station in the St Andrew South Division. The second cop, constable Alex Francis, is also assigned to the Hunts Bay Police Station. Both men have been arrested and charged for attempting to pervert the course of justice and could face other corruption-related charges.
