Jamaica's IAAF round up

Jamaica failed to improve on its medal tally on day 6 of the IAAF World Athletics Championships in Moscow Russia today. Kimberly Williams just missed out on the bronze medal in the women's triple jump after registering a personal best of 14.62 metersto finish 4th.
The event was won by Colombia's Caterine Ibarguen with a world leading 14.85 meters. Jamaica's other finalist on the day, Nickesha Wilson could only manage 8th in the women's 400 m hurdles which was won by Susana Hejnova of the Czech Republic. Earlier this morning Natoya Goule with 2 minutes zero point 93 seconds ended 6th in her heat and missed out on advancing in the 800 metres
While Odayne Richards with a best throw of 19.08 meters was not good enough to advance to the final of the men's shot putt. Compatriot Raymond Brown did not show for the event due to a hand injury.
