KSAFA Under-20 semis on today

Waterhouse, Arnett Gardens and Tivoli Gardens — along with Seaview Gardens will go in search of final places in the 2017 Alliance MoneyGram/McKay Security Kingston and St Andrew Football Association (KSAFA) Under-20 football competition, played in a double header format, at Drewsland today which started at 4:00 pm. Arnett Gardens faces Seaview Gardens in the opening semi-final, while Waterhouse, the 2015 champions and last year&;s runners-up, will go in search of their third-consecutive final when they tackle Tivoli Gardens in the feature game at 6:00 pm. To reach this stage of the competition, Arnett Gardens defeated UWI 2-1 in the opening game of a doubleheader quarter-final match last Thursday, at the Barbican playing field. Seaview Gardens edged Cavalier 1-0 on a goal from Davian Fowler in the 21st minute, in the feature game of the doubleheader at Barbican on Friday. In the opening game of the evening&;s double-header quarter-final match, Waterhouse made light work of Harbour View by defeating the young &;Stars of the East&; 3-0. Their Premier League player, Andre Leslie scored a hat-trick of goals in minutes 14, 22 and a penalty in the 80th minute. Meanwhile, Tivoli Gardens booked their place earlier by defeating Maverley/Hughenden 1-0 in the feature game of the double-header at Barbican on Thursday.
