Amid the high rising rates of crime, the Opposition Leader, Portia Simpson Miller, is calling for Prime Minister Andrew Holness to outline his promised plans and programmes to tackle crime. She says that short and long term measures must be implemented to address the increase of crime. Mrs Simpson Miller also pledged the support of the Opposition in any meaningful effort to reduce crime. In the latest round of attacks, involved a triple murder in in Fort George, Annotto Bay, St Mary. The victims are nine-month-old Aleair Sewell, his 25-year-old mother Rochelle Williams, and 62-year-old Albert Pryce.
