The police are contemplating laying charges against a man, following Sunday morning's incident in which a car crashed into the main building at Kingston's Norman Manley International Airport. Three persons were injured as a result. It's reported that the 38-year-old driver, who does not have a licence to operate a vehicle, is mentally challenged. Shortly after 7.00, the man and his brother accompanied their mother to the airport. His brother, who was the operator of the vehicle, exited the car to assist their mother to check-in for a flight. Senior Superintendent Calvin Allen, head of the Highway and Traffic Division, said the other man then drove off the vehicle which smashed into the airport.
