Four persons were shot, two fatally, during two incidents in downtown Kingston late Sunday. According to the police, about 9:20PM, Danjay Robinson, and an 18 year old man were on Fleet Street when a car drove up. The occupants of the vehicle shot them several times. Both men were taken to hospital where Robinson was pronounced dead and the teenager admitted in critical condition. In the other incident, which occurred close to 11 o'clock, persons heard explosions and later found 30 year old Dwight Gillespie of a Harbour Street address and another male with bullet wounds. Gillespie was pronounced dead while the injured man was admitted to hospital in stable condition. The police have not determined a motive for the shootings.
