Headlining the news this morning is an announcement that the National Works Agency(NWA) will carry out a $10 million dollar programme to patch heavily used road ways in the Corporate Area. Within the Kingston Area, work will be done on roads including Windward Road, Spanish Town Road, the stretch from Harbour View to Bull Bay, Marcus Garvey Drive, Sir Florizel Glasspole Highway and Elleston Road. In St Andrew, Constant Spring Road, Red Hills Road, Washington Boulevard, Molynes Road and Hagley Park Road are among the 21 roads scheduled for rehabilitation. The programme will be carried out for a month and will begin on Thursday.
