A section of Constant Spring Road in St. Andrew which was closed last week because of a breakaway has been reopened. Motorists can now use the southbound lanes. However, Stephen Shaw, Communication Manager at the National Works Agency (NWA), said the area will remain a work zone. A sewer main under a section of Constant Spring Road collapsed last week, resulting in breakaways on the north as well as south bound lanes. In the meantime, the police will remain in the area in an effort to reduce traffic jams as the northbound lanes of Constant Sring Road are likely to stay closed for several more days.
