Stewart bounces back to claim 100m in Germany

Commonwealth Games men’s shot put champion O’Dayne Richards has been busy competing all over Europe the last few weeks and was fourth at the ISTAF IAAF World Challenge meeting in Berlin, Germany, yesterday , with a best mark of 20.72m. Germany’s David Storl won in 21.41m, ahead of American Ryan Whiting who shot 21.06m and New Zealand’s Tomas Walsh with 20.77m. Meanwhile, Trinidadian Richard Thompson won the men’s 100 metres in a pedestrian 10.15 seconds ahead of American Dentarious Locke, who clocked 10:16 seconds, and fellow Trinidadian Keston Bledman, who timed 10.23 seconds.
