Things looking up for the women's cricket team

Jamaica and Barbados will contest the final of the 2013 Regional Women's Twenty20 Tournament in Grenada today. The game will be played at the Grenada National Stadium, starting at 2 p.m. Jamaica are looking to win the regional double title after beating Trinidad and Tobago in the final of the Women's Super50 competition. Jamaica qualified for the Women's Twenty20 final following a five-wicket semi-final victory over Guyana yesterday at the Tanteen Playing Field. The Jamaicans, set a victory target of 98, won the contest with two balls to spare. Barbados booked their place in the final by scoring a 30-run victory over T&T at the Grenada National Stadium in Semi-Final 2.
