A fire destroyed the Clifton Boys’ Home in Darlington, Westmoreland on Sunday Afternoon. Twenty-eight wards of the State are now being temporarily housed at the St. John's Anglican church hall in the parish. Luckily No one was injured. The boys, who are aged six to 17, were immediately relocated by the Child Development Agency. Among things lost in the fire are school uniforms and supplies. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined. The Child Development Agency (CDA) is now seeking contributions.
